I have been a sportswriter at The Gazette since July 1, 1987. I have primarily covered high school sports and auto racing but basically go where ever I’m told. Friends, sports, newspapers (the print versions), magazines (The New Yorker, Harpers), books, writing, walking and beer are all important to me (not necessarily in that order).
